Project Description
This project involves a microcontroller circuit that will be used to control the pixels on a spatial microwave modulator. The circuit will be able to bias 400 pixels, independently, with a DC voltage from 0V to 30V with low current. The circuit will be connected to a computer via a USB port and entirely controlled through software to be developed by the students as well. Ultimately, the project outcome or the computer linked controller will be incorporated as a part of an existing spatial microwave modulator for rapid microwave beam shaping. The results will be beneficial to wireless communication and detection.
